By accessing or using ElvixAI (“the service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

ElvixAI is an AI agent that finds relevant websites, sends personalized outreach from your connected inbox, and follows up on your behalf. Placing links and creating any agreed content (such as guest posts) is completed by you once a site responds.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and to comply with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR). Because outreach is sent from your connected inbox, you are responsible for the messages sent and the sites you contact. You may not use the service for spam, deceptive practices, or any unlawful activity.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the website you promote, the content you create, and closing placements once a site responds. You confirm you have the right to use any inbox you connect and any content you provide.

6. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. No guarantee of results

Link building depends on third parties who independently decide whether to respond or place a link. We do not guarantee a specific number of links, rankings, traffic, or citations in AI answer engines.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElvixAI is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your account.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
